In a nutshell, I solve problems.
With my thorough knowledge of the computer environment and the tools and
possibilities that exist, I can connect the dots where others can't. I have
never once missed the mark on finding a solution for seemingly unsolvable
problems. Some solutions come from my deep understanding of the digital
enviroment and writing innovative code to overcome an obstacle. Other times,
simply being able to view the problem in a different light, a solution can
be found by altering a business process or standard operating procedures.
I believe it is true that if you are not getting the answer(s) that you want, then
you are not asking the right question(s).
Even seasoned programmers aren't always aware of the possibilities that can be achieved with a well instructed
computer. To properly instruct a computer to your advantage, you have to be fully aware of all the the things it
can do. Computers routinely do things measured in nano seconds and are approaching and passing speeds measured in
pico seconds.
The relation of a nano second to a single second is about the same as a single second is to thirty two years. Even more
amazing is that fact that the relation of a pico second to a single second is about the same as a single second is to 32,000 years.
Taking the time to automate a currently manual project will be justified in the bottom line.
